These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the taka bed platform and its services. By completing registration on the taka bed platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on taka bed: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds must come from a legitimate personal source. Depositing using another person's payment account is not permitted. Deposits made from a third-party account will be rejected and may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Multiple pending withdrawal requests cannot be combined at the same time.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

taka bed processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported on the platform.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

taka bed offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; however, before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — that is, ৳10,000.

Bonuses are never given as direct cash and there is no option to withdraw the bonus amount before the wagering requirements are met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period and list of eligible games. It is essential to read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before claiming a bonus.

• Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• If any irregularity or sign of fraud is found in meeting bonus terms, taka bed reserves the right to withdraw the bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

taka bed's VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides weekly cashback at a set rate, calculated based on net losses for that week. These Terms and the relevant VIP rules apply to the use of VIP benefits. Promotion or demotion between VIP levels is governed by criteria set by taka bed.

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on taka bed, each event's own odds, market terms and payout rules apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, if an event is cancelled or postponed, taka bed will settle the bet according to standard rules.

Live betting opportunities after a match has started depend on changing markets. taka bed reserves the right to reject or review any bet where unusual or inconsistent betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Casino Games

taka bed's casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate. This rate reflects a long-term average — it does not guarantee a win in any particular session.

If a technical issue occurs during a game (server error, network disconnection), taka bed will endeavour to restore the state to what it was before the issue as far as possible; however, taka bed will not be liable for any unintended payouts caused by technical faults.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka bed platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Coordinated betting or collusion (placing bets in unlawful cooperation with other players).
• Using automated software, bots or any program to operate games.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.

If any of the above conduct is detected, taka bed may suspend or close the account, seize the balance and notify the relevant authorities.

7.1 Service Availability

taka bed strives to ensure the platform is available at all times; however, temporary interruptions may occasionally occur due to technical maintenance, network issues or other reasons. taka bed will not be liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

7.2 Financial Loss

Financial loss resulting from the normal outcomes of gaming or betting is entirely the user's own responsibility. taka bed will not provide any compensation for such losses. taka bed is also not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties (payment providers, internet connection issues).

7.3 Accuracy of Information

taka bed endeavours to keep the information displayed on the platform up to date. However, if a technical error causes incorrect display of odds, statistics or game information, taka bed reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of that error.

In cases of Terms violations, signs of fraud or suspicious activity, taka bed may suspend or close an account without prior notice. If a violation is proven, the balance may be seized.
